What roof-financing questions should I ask before deciding?

You can request a conversation about the roof and possible financing next steps before choosing a roofing system. The website request is not a loan or credit application and does not determine approval.

Discuss the project first; keep the decisions separate

A homeowner can explain the project stage, ZIP code and financing interest to Upstanding Roofing before choosing a roofing system. The team can then discuss the roof and available next steps without sending the homeowner directly to a lender.

  1. Share the roofing project context with Upstanding Roofing.
  2. Discuss the replacement scope and Good, Better and Best directions.
  3. Ask which financing possibilities may be available through third parties.
  4. Review any later lender disclosures separately.
  5. Accept a roofing agreement or financing agreement only after reviewing the applicable written documents.

What the website form does—and does not do

The form delivers a roofing and financing-interest request to Upstanding Roofing. It does not request a Social Security number, perform a credit check, submit a lender application, determine eligibility, prequalify the homeowner or guarantee a promotional plan. Submitting it does not create a roofing contract or obligation to purchase.

Questions to answer before accepting financing

  • Which third-party lender is offering the program?
  • How long does any promotional period last?
  • What APR and payment requirements apply?
  • Do deferred-interest conditions, fees or deadlines apply?
  • Is a credit check required, and what type?
  • Does the approved amount align with the final written project investment?
  • Which lender document controls the financing terms?

Upstanding Roofing does not make lender approval decisions. Financing is subject to third-party lender approval, availability and terms.

The roofing request and lender decision are separate

Upstanding Roofing’s website collects only the project and contact information shown in its form. If a homeowner later chooses to apply with a third-party lender, that provider’s privacy practices, security controls and terms govern the lender application.
