Privacy Policy

Effective July 28, 2026. BP Roofing Ventures LLC, doing business as Upstanding Roofing, is responsible for the information described in this policy. The website may collect the name, email, phone, five-digit ZIP code, communication preference, project context, optional note and roofing-system preference you choose to provide. The initial website form does not request a complete street address or lending information.

How information is used

Information may be used to deliver the requested roof guide, respond to a question, discuss a residential roofing project, communicate about a requested consultation, maintain business records and improve the homeowner experience.

Website session and attribution information

The website may use first-party browser session storage to remember an optional roofing-system preference, planner answers, original landing page and permitted campaign or referral parameters. Analytics tools may also measure page visits, clicks, scrolling, navigation, device and browser details, approximate location, and privacy-masked session replays so Upstanding Roofing can improve the website experience. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, ZIP codes and free-text messages are masked from session replay and are not intentionally placed in URLs or standard analytics events.

For advertising measurement, email addresses and phone numbers submitted through the website may be converted into hashed identifiers and used by Meta to match an accepted request to an advertising interaction. Upstanding Roofing does not intentionally include names, street addresses, ZIP codes, birth dates, free-text messages, roofing details or form answers in Meta conversion events.

Lead delivery and service providers

When the lead-delivery integration is configured and accepting requests, form information is transmitted through the website’s server-side lead-delivery system to an approved business destination used by Upstanding Roofing. Approved hosting, communications, scheduling, analytics or customer-management providers may process information only as needed to support the requested interaction and business operations. Upstanding Roofing does not sell or rent personal information for third-party marketing.

Communication preferences

Upstanding Roofing may use the selected email, phone-call or text method to respond about the homeowner’s request. A phone number is required when phone or text is selected. Text permission is not prechecked and is limited to communications about the submitted request unless the business later adopts separately approved marketing consent.

Retention

Upstanding Roofing retains lead and business records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected and applicable operational, contractual or legal requirements. Service providers may apply their own documented retention practices.

Access or deletion requests

Where applicable, a homeowner may contact Upstanding Roofing to request access to or deletion of information associated with the request. Identity may need to be verified before the request is completed.

Security

Upstanding Roofing uses reasonable measures intended to protect personal information. No internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed as completely secure.

External services

After a confirmed website request, a homeowner may optionally open a third-party scheduling system. That provider’s privacy practices and terms apply to information submitted there. This website form is not a financing or credit application.

Upstanding HQ and Google User Data

Upstanding HQ allows an authorized Upstanding Roofing user to connect a Google Account so the application can locate and process designated operational reports delivered through Gmail.

When authorized, Upstanding HQ may access the connected account’s email address, Gmail message metadata, message content, and attachments that match approved operational-report criteria, including reports delivered by ServiceTitan and ReadyMode.

This information is used only to locate and import authorized operational reports; process appointment, booking, agent-activity, sales, and performance information; display internal reporting and operational metrics within Upstanding HQ; maintain report history; prevent duplicate imports; troubleshoot errors; and protect application security.

Upstanding HQ does not sell Google user data, use Google user data for advertising, provide Google user data to data brokers, or use Google user data to train general-purpose artificial-intelligence models.

Access to imported information is limited to authorized Upstanding Roofing personnel and service providers supporting the operation and security of Upstanding HQ. Those providers may process information only as necessary to perform their contracted services.

OAuth access and refresh tokens are retained only while necessary to maintain the authorized connection and are protected using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. A user may revoke access through Google Account permissions or disconnect the integration within Upstanding HQ.

Upstanding HQ’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
