This website provides general information about Upstanding Roofing, residential roof repair, roof replacement and related homeowner planning topics. Content may be updated as services, products and programs change.

Educational information

Website content, the free roof plan and the Houston Homeowner’s Roof Replacement Guide do not diagnose a roof, determine repairability, create a project scope, set a price or replace a property-specific consultation. The written proposal and signed project documents control the work.

Products and warranties

Product availability, components, colors, eligibility and warranty coverage are subject to the written proposal and applicable manufacturer and company documents. Manufacturer material coverage, protection periods and workmanship coverage are distinct; applicable terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions control.

Financing conversations

The website form may be used to request a conversation about roofing-financing possibilities. It is not a loan or credit application, does not perform a credit check and does not determine prequalification, eligibility or approval. Upstanding Roofing does not make lender approval decisions. No financing plan is guaranteed, and any financing is subject to a third-party lender’s approval, availability and terms. Submitting a request does not create a roofing contract or obligate the homeowner to purchase.

Consultation and scheduling

A submitted website request is not an appointment. After Upstanding Roofing confirms receipt, a ready homeowner may optionally open a third-party scheduler to choose an available time. An appointment is not booked unless the scheduling system confirms it.
