Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
Experience in customer service (preferred, but not required)

Oversee day-to-day operations and help guide Upstanding Roofing to new heights. As a General Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading teams, managing projects, and ensuring that we continue to provide excellent roofing services to our community.

Proven experience in operations or management, ideally in the roofing or construction industry
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple teams and projects
Experience with budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Lead a team to provide exceptional service, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues. Your leadership will help ensure Upstanding Roofing maintains its reputation for customer satisfaction.

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the roofing or construction industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Proactively engage with homeowners, introduce our services, and generate leads. You’ll set appointments, build relationships, and help grow Upstanding Roofing’s presence in the community.

Previous experience in canvassing or door-to-door sales (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Comfortable working outdoors and traveling within designated areas
Strong organizational skills to track leads and appointments
Positive attitude and a passion for helping homeowners

Perform high-quality roofing installations and repairs, ensuring each project meets Upstanding Roofing’s standards for craftsmanship and safety. Enjoy the flexibility of independent work with the support of a trusted company.

Proven experience as a roofing subcontractor
Ability to work with various roofing materials and systems
Strong knowledge of roofing installation and repair techniques
Reliable transportation and tools
Valid insurance and proper licensing
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow safety guidelines

Play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating long-term relationships with potential clients. If you have a passion for sales, strategic planning, and building strong partnerships, this role is for you!

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (roofing or home improvement preferred).
