The first question most homeowners ask

Do You Really Need a Roof Replacement?

Maybe—but a leak, missing shingle, or older roof does not automatically mean full replacement. We start with the condition of your roof, not a predetermined sale.

  • If a targeted repair makes sense, we explain that path
  • If replacement is the better long-term decision, we show you why
  • You receive a property-specific recommendation—not an online guess
How we help you decide

We inspect the concern and the surrounding roof system.

Roof age, repair history, visible condition, accessible attic observations, and your plans for the home all shape the recommendation.

  • Approved photo, drone, attic, and measurement methods
  • No sales consultant walking on your roof
  • Repair-or-replacement reasoning explained clearly
Clarity before commitment

Know Exactly What You’re Paying For

A roof proposal should make it easy to compare the complete job—not just the shingle name or a headline price.

  • Confirmed work and roofing-system components
  • Decking allowances and how unexpected conditions are handled
  • Property protection, cleanup, warranties, and exclusions
  • One written price tied to the scope you reviewed
What you receive

A written scope you can actually review.

We connect the property findings to the recommended work, Good/Better/Best system choices, applicable warranty information, and the decisions that affect the final investment.

  • GAF HDZ and UHDZ system options
  • Manufacturer and workmanship coverage separated clearly
  • Selections, allowances, and exclusions documented
Trust should be verifiable

Do I need to know whether I need a repair or replacement before scheduling?
No. That is what the inspection is designed to help determine. We evaluate the concern and explain whether a targeted repair or full replacement is the stronger next step.
What happens during the roof inspection?
We discuss the concern, review the available property information, document relevant roof and attic observations using approved methods, and explain the next step supported by those findings.
Will the sales consultant walk on my roof?
No. Sales consultants use approved methods such as ground and ladder-side photos, drone imagery, accessible attic observations, Hover, and QuickMeasure.
How long should I set aside?
Plan for approximately 40–50 minutes so there is enough time to review the property, your priorities, the findings, and any recommended next step without rushing.
What will be included in a replacement proposal?
The property-specific proposal identifies the confirmed scope, roofing-system selections, included work, allowances, exclusions, price, and applicable written warranty information.
Should every homeowner be present?
When practical, every homeowner involved in the decision should participate so the same findings, options, and answers are reviewed together.
Can I discuss financing during the appointment?
Yes. Financing questions can be discussed with the roof options. Financing is subject to third-party approval and applicable written terms.
Will I be pressured to make a decision during the appointment?
No. The purpose of the inspection is to give you a clearer recommendation and written options. You decide whether and when to proceed.
