BP Roofing Ventures LLC d/b/a Upstanding Roofing ("Upstanding Roofing," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information for the Upstanding Roofing recruiting text messaging program.

When you apply for a position or otherwise opt in to recruiting text messages, we may collect your name, mobile phone number, application details, communication preferences, consent record, and recruiting message history.

We use this information to communicate about your application, including next steps, interview scheduling, reminders, status updates, and responses to your questions; maintain consent and opt-out records; operate and improve the recruiting communication program; and comply with applicable law.

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate recruiting and text messaging, such as applicant-tracking, messaging, telecommunications, hosting, and support providers. These providers may process information only to provide services to us or as required by law. We do not sell your mobile information or SMS consent, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Your Choices and Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a recruiting text message. You may also make a reasonable request to revoke consent by calling (833) 390-3730 or emailing sales@upstandingroofing.com. Reply HELP for assistance. We will honor reasonable opt-out requests. Opting out will not affect your ability to apply or your consideration for employment.

Data Retention and Security

We retain recruiting SMS information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including maintaining consent and opt-out records, and we use reasonable safeguards designed to protect it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Program Scope

This policy applies only to recruiting text messages sent by or on behalf of BP Roofing Ventures LLC d/b/a Upstanding Roofing. It does not cover recruiting programs for positions employed by another company; that employer’s disclosures and consent language control.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
