SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the Upstanding Roofing recruiting text messaging program operated by BP Roofing Ventures LLC d/b/a Upstanding Roofing.

Consent

By affirmatively opting in—for example, by checking an optional, unchecked SMS consent box and submitting the form—you agree to receive automated and/or manually sent recruiting text messages from or on behalf of Upstanding Roofing at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include application follow-up, next steps, interview scheduling, reminders, status updates, and responses to your questions.

Consent Is Optional

Consent to receive recruiting text messages is not a condition of applying, being considered for employment, or accepting employment. You may apply without opting in to SMS communication.

Program Details

• Message frequency varies based on your application status and interactions.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Reply STOP to opt out.
• Reply HELP for assistance.

Opting Out

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP. You may also make a reasonable opt-out request by calling (833) 390-3730 or emailing sales@upstandingroofing.com. After you opt out, we may send one final message confirming the opt-out. Opting out will not affect your application or consideration for employment.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your use of this program is also governed by our SMS Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your mobile phone number.

Program Scope

These terms apply only to recruiting text messages sent by or on behalf of BP Roofing Ventures LLC d/b/a Upstanding Roofing. Positions employed by another company require separate consent and disclosures identifying that employer.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
