Manufacturer coverage
Manufacturer coverage relates to eligible roofing products and system requirements. Qualifying Upstanding Roofing systems may include GAF System Plus 50-year coverage, subject to GAF registration, terms, conditions and exclusions.
Confirm which products are eligible, who administers the coverage, what registration is required, how transfer provisions work and which exclusions apply. A 50-year reference should never be read without the actual written GAF terms.
Company workmanship protection
Upstanding Roofing provides its Lifetime No Leak warranty according to the company’s written terms. Workmanship protection is different from product coverage. Review the covered work, homeowner responsibilities, maintenance expectations, service-request process, limitations and exclusions.
The word “lifetime” must be understood through the defined written warranty—not as an unlimited promise detached from its terms.
Ask these questions before choosing a system
- Which warranty applies to the exact system in my proposal?
- What needs to be registered, and by whom?
- Who should I contact for a product concern?
- Who should I contact for a workmanship concern?
- What maintenance or notice responsibilities apply?
- What exclusions and transfer rules should I know?
Use the website and consultation to understand the categories. Use the manufacturer and company documents to understand the actual coverage.
Keep the project records together
After completion, keep the signed proposal, selections, invoices, manufacturer documentation, registration information and Upstanding warranty in one place. Record the contact path for future questions.
Review both warranty layers together.
